Kyd One Group is the operator's trading or project name, not an incorporated company. These terms apply to Crast, a personal organisation application. What Crast offers
Crast lets you create task notes with optional topics, organise them by week and colour, review pending work, record completed tasks and spend time focusing with breaks. Features may depend on the device, iOS version, permissions and installed version. Descriptions do not guarantee personal outcomes, a particular level of productivity or the elimination of procrastination. Crast is not a medical, psychological or emergency service.
Permitted use and licence
You may use the app lawfully for your personal tasks and organisation while respecting third-party rights. The app is licensed, not sold. When distributed through the App Store, Apple terms and its standard application licence also apply unless the listing expressly provides a custom licence. These terms supplement that licence and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Your notes and intellectual property
You retain rights to the text you enter. Kyd One Group does not acquire ownership of it. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to your content and avoiding information you are not authorised to process. Crast software, design and branding are protected by intellectual property law. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit them without permission, except as permitted by law.
Saving, syncing and deleting
The app stores tasks on your device. iCloud is optional and requires your Apple account. Sync depends on Apple services and may fail, be delayed or merge changes from different devices. Disabling sync does not delete the iCloud copy. Completing and letting go retain information; permanent deletion from history requires confirmation and also removes the task's focused time. See the privacy policy for deletion propagation and backups. Keep an alternative copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
Permissions, notifications and availability
Dictation requires compatible microphone and speech recognition; you can type without granting access. Reminders require permission and depend on iOS settings, Focus modes and device state. They are not guaranteed alarms and should not be relied on for critical obligations. We may fix or update the app, respecting applicable legal obligations concerning conformity, information and updates.
Price and future paid features
These terms do not create a subscription or authorise charges. Any future paid distribution or feature will disclose its price before purchase and require the relevant acceptance. Apple purchases, if offered in the future, will follow the applicable Apple purchase, cancellation and refund process and legal consumer rights.
Liability and consumer rights
We work to keep Crast functioning correctly but cannot guarantee that it will be entirely error-free or that external services will always be available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies or rights, including those relating to digital content and services.
Support, changes and stopping use
You may stop using the app at any time. For help, email hello@kydonegroup.com without attaching unnecessary sensitive information. Material changes to these terms will be communicated appropriately before they apply when required by law. Publication does not automatically mean acceptance of new payment obligations. The date identifies the current version.
Law and disputes
Spanish law applies without depriving you of mandatory consumer protection in your country of habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before courts competent under applicable rules; these terms do not impose a waiver of consumer jurisdiction rights. You may first contact support to try to resolve an issue.
